Hood To Coast is a promotional partner for this giveaway. The Sponsor is solely responsible for administering the giveaway, conducting the drawing, selecting and verifying the winner, and fulfilling the prize.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Google, or any other social media or advertising platform. Any information you submit is provided to the Sponsor, not to those platforms.
The giveaway begins on September 3, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 7, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Promotion Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.
This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of New York and Florida.
The following are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, directors, members, and contractors of the Sponsor and the Promotion Partner, and of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies; and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each of the foregoing.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
During the Promotion Period, visit roguexpeditions.com/hood-to-coast and complete the entry form. You will be asked to provide your first name, a valid email address, your state of residence, and your destination preference, and to confirm your agreement to these Official Rules.
Entry is free. No purchase, payment, membership, or subscription of any kind is required to enter or to win, and none will improve your chances of winning.
All entry information must be accurate and complete. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that contain false or inaccurate information will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. All entries have an equal chance of being selected.
Use of any automated system, script, macro, bot, or other device to submit entries is prohibited. Attempting to enter using multiple email addresses, identities, or accounts is prohibited.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry it believes to be duplicative, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, and to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the promotion.
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about October 8, 2026 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form, within forty-eight hours of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond to the notification email within seventy-two hours of the time it is sent. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for notification emails that are undeliverable, misdirected, or filtered as spam. Entrants should use an email address they check regularly.
The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release, together with an IRS Form W-9, within seven days of receipt. Failure to return the required documents within that period will result in forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.
The winner will be announced publicly on or about October 12, 2026.
One grand prize will be awarded: Fifteen Thousand U.S. Dollars ($15,000) in trip credit toward Rogue Expeditions travel, awarded to the winner and the travelers the winner designates, as described below.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $15,000 USD. Total ARV of all prizes offered: $15,000 USD. Only one prize will be awarded. The prize is awarded "as is," with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by the Sponsor.
Eligible travel. The credit may be applied to any publicly scheduled Rogue Expeditions guided departure with a start date in calendar year 2027 or 2028, subject to availability at the time of booking. The credit is not valid on self-guided itineraries, private departures, custom group trips, or specially hosted trips, including but not limited to celebrity-hosted, media-hosted, and partner-hosted departures.
Travelers. The credit must be applied across a minimum of four and a maximum of twelve travelers, inclusive of the winner. The winner designates the travelers. Travelers are not required to be Hood To Coast participants or members, and are not required to have entered the giveaway, but each must independently meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
Allocation. The winner determines how the credit is divided among the designated travelers and notifies the Sponsor of that allocation in writing. Each traveler's allocated portion is applied directly to that traveler's own booking, and each traveler is treated as a recipient of their allocated portion for tax reporting purposes under Section 9. The credit may be applied across more than one trip and more than one departure date.
What the credit does not cover. The credit applies to Rogue Expeditions trip fees only. It does not cover airfare, transportation to or from the trip start and end points, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, passport fees, gratuities, or personal expenses. All such costs are the responsibility of the individual travelers.
Booking and travel deadlines. All bookings using the credit must be confirmed by [DECEMBER 31, 2027], and all travel must be completed by [DECEMBER 31, 2028]. Any portion of the credit not applied to a confirmed booking by the booking deadline is forfeited.
No cash value. The credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash in whole or in part, and no change, cash, or refund will be given for any unused portion.
Transferability. The credit is non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, or transferred to any person other than the travelers designated by the winner.
Combinability. The credit may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, sale, group rate, referral credit, or offer.
Standard booking terms apply. All bookings made using the credit are governed by the Sponsor's Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy in effect at the time of booking. Cancellations by travelers are subject to the standard cancellation policy, and any amounts forfeited under that policy are not returned to the credit balance.
Substitution. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize as described becomes unavailable for any reason.
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the recipients. The prize is reportable income under applicable U.S. tax law regardless of the fact that it is issued as trip credit rather than cash.
The Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to each traveler reporting the value of trip credit redeemed by that traveler in each applicable calendar year. Each traveler must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before any portion of the credit allocated to them may be redeemed.
Entrants and travelers are advised to consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of accepting the prize.

Consenting to receive email is not required to win and does not affect your odds of winning. Withdrawing consent will not affect the status of an entry already submitted.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner and each designated traveler grants the Sponsor and the Promotion Partner the right to use their name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and trip-related content for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
Participation in trip photography is a condition of prize acceptance. Anyone who does not wish to be photographed should not accept the prize.
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, the Promotion Partner, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, contractors, and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in this promotion or to the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including travel to and from any trip.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, or not received for any reason; for technical failures of any kind, including hardware, software, network, server, or provider failures; for human error in the administration or processing of entries; or for any injury or damage to any person's computer or device related to participation in this promotion.
Adventure travel involves inherent risks. Participation in any Rogue Expeditions trip is subject to the Sponsor's standard traveler waiver and assumption of risk, which each traveler must sign prior to departure.
If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; that any and all claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees; and that under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be collected and used by the Sponsor, and shared with the Promotion Partner, in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
