Get ready to see, hear, taste and RUN one of the most beautiful, welcoming & magical areas of North Africa. We'll wander Marrakech markets, pass over the snow-capped High Atlas mountains, explore ancient kasbahs, learn about the traditional Berber way of life and play on the giant sand dunes surrounding our private camp in the Sahara.
Run along lush river valleys, through dramatic gorges and palm oases and in the Sahara, catching glimpses of village life that are never seen from the highways. Enjoy full run support from our team, who are always on hand with water, rides and plenty of high fives, no matter your pace.
Finish each day with a beautiful desert sunset, a delicious Moroccan feast, endless stories and mind-blowing views of the stars.

Arrive a day early for extra time to sleep off the jet lag and explore Marrakech! Includes private airport pickup, accommodation and dinner upon arrival, then breakfast and a medina city tour with a professional guide the following morning.

GROUP SIZE
This trip will require a minimum of 6 runners to run at the posted price. If the minimum has not been met by December 11, 2021 then we can either open remaining spots to others, or discuss a price increase to offset the smaller group size.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Participants will need a passport with at least 6 months of validity left. No visas are required for US, UK, Canadian or EU citizens in Morocco. Travelers from other countries should check with their consulate for details.
At the time of writing (October 2021), travelers from List A countries (includes all mentioned above) are permitted to enter Morocco with proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative PCR test result produced within 72 hours prior to entry. Ultimately it is up to you to ensure that you have everything in order to get into/out of the country, though we will keep registered participants updated as things evolve!
Please note that travel insurance is strongly recommended. Although we hope you never need it, we've seen enough to know that it can be a lifesaver in the event of a medical emergency, flight delays that cause you to miss the start of the trip, lost baggage or cancellation on your part (Flight cancelled? Broke your leg two weeks before departure? Insurance could cover the entire cost of your trip!).
FAQS & COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Please note that this trip will only run if we are confident that it can be done in a reasonably safe, enjoyable and of course legal manner, and that all participants must be willing to abide by any and all safety measures that our guides and/or Moroccan government officials deem necessary during this trip. Much remains to be seen about the near-term trajectory of the travel industry, and while we will do everything within our power to make this trip happen it is possible that it may not be feasible. In the event that Rogue Expeditions cancels this trip due to COVID-19-related issues, participants are guaranteed a full refund or credit of all payments made towards this trip, and those using a credit from a previously cancelled trip will have their credit extended again.
